I paid for the goods by bank transfer, how long will it take for the goods to be delivered?
- The goods will be prepared and dispatched immediately after the money is credited to our account.
- However, no later than three working days after receiving the payment.
- If the goods are not in stock, we will inform you about alternative fulfilment or, by agreement, refund your money.
I chose payment on delivery, when will the goods be delivered?
- All goods are in our own warehouse.
- If the goods are in stock, they will be dispatched immediately, but no later than the next day after the order is placed.
- In extreme situations, there may be a mistake in stock levels, but don't worry, you will be promptly informed about alternative fulfilment, or offered a discount, or a gift for the waiting time on the selected product.
